In 1988 Started working at IEC  as an operator at Eshkol Power Station.

At 1993 graduated BSC (Electrical ENG) at New Haven University (CT, USA).

In the  years 1997-2014 was the Operation ENG  at Eshkol Power Station.

At 2001  graduated MBA at Israeli Branch of Darby University (England).

In the years 2014-2016 was Deputy Head of Generation Division.
