Yoav has performed series of managerial roles in various Israeli technology companies, and was focusing on business development in Israel and abroad.

Since 2012, Yoav has been dealing with Energy Solutions, focused on technical and economics solutions for promoting Energy Efficiency.

Since 2015, Yoav manages Carrier Israel Technologies, CITech, that distributes Carrier Corporation in Israel.
